Travel & Logistics

Do I need a visa to travel to Spain?

Please check visa requirements based on your passport. If you need supporting details from us, feel free to reach out.

How far in advance should I book flights and hotels?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for August travel and on-site accommodation at the Parador.

Is Baiona walkable?

Yes, the town centre, restaurants, and many hotels are within walking distance. The Parador is around a 5-minute walk from town.

Is it all at the same venue?

Yes, all events will take place at Parador de Baiona, in different areas of the venue.

Will there be parking?

Parking is available at the venue.

On the Day

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 5:30 PM latest. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.

How do I get back after the event?

If you’re not staying at the Parador, we recommend arranging a taxi in advance. Taxis can also be ordered on the spot, but waiting times may be around 30 minutes. Uber is not available in Baiona.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and drinks reception will take place outdoors, while dinner and the after party will be indoors.

Is there assigned seating?

Yes, there will be assigned seating for dinner. Please make sure to include any dietary requirements in your RSVP.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. Photos and videos are welcome during the reception.

Dress & Comfort

What will the weather be like?

August in Baiona is typically warm and sunny. Evenings by the coast can be cooler, so we recommend bringing a light layer.

Will heels be okay?

Some areas of the venue are on grass or historic stone – block heels, wedges, or flats are recommended for the ladies!


Food & Drinks

Will there be vegetarian / vegan / special meals?

Yes – please note any dietary requirements or allergies in your RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, drinks will be served throughout the celebration.

Before & After the Wedding

Are there any pre or post-wedding events planned?

No formal events planned – but we’d love to see you around the Parador or around town!

Can I bring a plus-one?

If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be reflected in your RSVP. If you’re unsure, just message us.

Can I change my RSVP after submitting?

If anything changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
